Other Information

A voice of Music was originally written for tenor and piano.

It comprised three very short songs which had their first performance on 21st June 1963 in the Stevenson Hall of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, performed by Roger Crook, tenor, and Anne Strachan, piano, as part of a concert of student compositions.

This arrangement for French horn and piano was made in March 2020 for grandchildren Emily, piano, and James on horn, as I was in 1963 Emily too now aged twenty and in her third year at college.
